We solve returns of goods. We have local warehouses in European countries.

Today's returns options are as important to e-shoppers as delivery options. It is mainly applicable to clothing and footwear, but other eCommerce market segments (eg Cosmetics, household accessories, electronics, etc.) are gradually growing. If there is no simple and local way to return goods, the customer is unlikely to make an order.

Returns management from FHB Group will enable you to solve this problem for several EU countries at the same time, and you can also increase sales with a better conversion.

The customer for returning goods will use any postal service of the state and send it to our warehouse in that country, marking the e-shop where he ordered the goods. Depending on your assignment, the assigned staff receive the goods and send them to the appropriate address at specified intervals / on request.

We offer two ways to receive and process returned goods.

Basic processing of the returns includes:
- Receipt of goods to the warehouse address of 1 country
- Take 2 barcodes into our software
- Writing customer data and order numbers to the software (if specified)
- Stacking and storage in the warehouse until the return of the e-shop package

Advanced returns management includes:
- Receipt of goods to warehouse1 country address
- Take 2 barcodes into our software
- Writing customer data and order numbers to the software (if specified)
- Unpacking and checking goods against damage
- Registration of goods in SVK / ENG, including 1-3x accompanying photos
- Photographs of enclosed documentation (according to pages A4)
- Placement on storage and storage in the warehouse until the return of the e-shop package

For larger volumes we can individualize them according to instructions or for reverse logistics, which are selective for sales, repaired, and unusable.

During pick up and dispatch, goods are packed into a larger box (or packing material) and sent to the address as determined by the e-shop.
Returning merchant sender information is already available before initial storage via a web browser or through our API uploaded to your eCommerce software, so refunding the money to the customer can be processed before returning the returned items to the destination e-shop address.
